[ 03 ] Know what you're looking at
Six signs your roof is worth a closer look.
None of these mean you need a new roof. They mean it’s worth having someone climb up and check — which is exactly what the free inspection is for.
- 01
Shingles curling or missing
Edges lifting, corners cupping, or bare gaps where a shingle used to be.
- 02
Grit collecting in the gutters
Sandy granules washing off the shingles means the surface is wearing thin.
- 03
A stain spreading on the ceiling
A brown ring or damp patch indoors usually starts as a small roof leak.
- 04
Daylight through the attic
If light gets in up there, so does water. Worth a look before it rains.
- 05
A dip or wave in the roofline
A sagging line can mean trapped moisture or a deck problem underneath.
- 06
It just went through a hailstorm
Hail bruises shingles in ways you can’t see from the ground — but a camera can.
Not sure? That’s exactly what the free inspection is for.
We’ll take a look and tell you the truth — even if the truth is “your roof is fine.”
Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Lone Tree, Centennial, Castle Pines & Parker.
Same intense sun, same sudden hail, same Front Range weather your roof lives under. We know it because we work under it too.
